Are there specific types of vehicles you specialize in customizing?
The most common vehicles that come into the shop are Tri 5 Chevys, muscle cars and early Ford Hot Rods. However, I’ll generally go as early as 1986 vehicles and as far back as T-buckets, with the exception of certain newer trucks. What Metalhead Kustoms doesn’t do:
I don’t offer the following services: engine builds, transmission builds, gear sets, electrical work, and paint work. However, in the event of a full custom build, the services previously stated are outsourced and overseen by Metalhead Kustoms.
What is the typical wait time before a project can get started?
Wait times can vary from one month up to 3 months, depending on project type and shop availability.
Can I bring my own parts for installation?
Yes, customers can provide their own parts- this is what helps set Metalhead Kustoms apart.
Can you assist with sourcing rare or hard-to-find car parts?
Yes, we can help source your parts.
What safety measures do you have in place for my vehicle while it’s in your care?
All vehicles are stored indoors with the entire facility enclosed by metal gated fencing. Additionally, the shop includes a top of the line security system with a sound system for added protection.
How do you handle changes or additions to a project after it has started?
First we’ll have a conversation to discuss the wanted changes. Then you will be provided an email for confirmation of the agreed changes. Lastly, adjustments will be made to billing accordingly.
How can I get a quote for my project?
Step 1: Go to Contact Us, select Project and fill out the description that describes your project needs best.
Step 2: Once we have reviewed your project submission, an email will be provided.
Step 3: For projects that are accepted, a deposit will be required to lock in the agreed start date.
Step 4: Pick up of your project at the arranged time and location.
Step 5: Your project begins, and continuous updates will be provided along the way.

What types of payment methods do you accept?
Invoice and payments are sent through Square where debit and credit are accepted. Cash and/or cashiers checks may be accepted based on the amount. We do not finance, however, you can view Square’s financing and payment details here: https://squareup.com/us/en/buy-now-pay-later
Do you offer warranties on your work and parts?
I provide a warranty on all work done, however I do not warranty parts I did not make.
How do I create a Metalhead Kustoms account?

I forgot my password. How do I change it?

My order is not showing when I log into my account.
Your customer account will show orders placed through the email address associated with your account. If you place an order with a different email address, a new customer account will be created.
We are unable to move orders from one account to another. If you can’t find which email address your order was placed through, please contact [email protected] so that we can assist. Please include full name on order and order number.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
At the bottom of our marketing emails you will always find an Unsubscribe button. Simply click Unsubscribe, and confirm your email address on the next page.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been submitted?
Once an order is submitted, it is confirmed for packing and cannot be altered or canceled. If you happen to choose the wrong size, please follow our exchange process once you receive the item. (Find Exchange Policy below)
How can I see if my order has shipped?
You will be sent a shipping notification as soon as we start preparing your order for shipment. If your order is eligible for tracking, the email will include your tracking number and an estimated shipping date (please note that we are unable to track all international orders). If you do not find a confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
While we make every effort to provide accurate arrival predictions, occasional delays may occur. Should you encounter a tracking delay or a stalled update, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier for additional information. Please allow at least two weeks before contacting our support team for assistance with a delayed order. Regrettably, we do not possess more tracking information than what is available through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
How can I check the status of my order?
We will send you a confirmation email when you place your order and another notification email when it ships (Please check spam/junk folder).
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to have your order packaged and on its way to you within 48 hours of you placing your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed Friday after 10AM PST, Saturday or Sunday will start processing Monday morning. Orders can be delayed by merchandise that is still in production or if we have delays from our suppliers.
My order still hasn’t shipped and it’s been more than 48 hours.
Sometimes we have order delays when our merchandise sells faster than we anticipated or when our suppliers have delays in getting our orders to us. We try to prevent this and make sure everything is in stock and ready to ship.
Tracking says my order was delivered but I didn’t receive anything.
We can confirm that we don’t have any additional information beyond what is provided by the carrier. Therefore, we suggest that you contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the current status of your package.
However, please keep in mind that sometimes carriers might scan the package early, and it may take a little longer for the tracking information to update. Therefore, we recommend waiting a few more days to see if your package arrives, and if it doesn’t, you can then contact the carrier for more information.

Return Policy:
All items must be sent for return within 30 days of receipt and be in the original condition you received them in. Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded. If you want to return your purchase, please reach out to [email protected] and provide the following information:

- Which item(s) you’re sending back
For a return to be considered, your item must remain in its original condition, unutilized, and complete with tags, all within the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receiving and evaluating your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may require some time.
Please double check that you are in the 30 day window and meet the requirements, as we will not reship items we receive if they are not met.
Exchange Policy:

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch at [email protected] if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
My cart says I qualify for free shipping, but I’m still getting charged for shipping at checkout.
Free Shipping will apply automatically to qualifying orders. Please note that applying a discount code may bring you under the Free Shipping threshold.
The discount code didn’t work.
Some of our discount codes are one use per customer. If the code you’re using isn’t applying to your purchase, please check your previous orders to see if the code was already applied to another order. If that’s not the case, please contact us at [email protected].
We cannot guarantee that a discount code or a promotion can be applied to a purchase retroactively.
